PAYMENT AND PRICES

· No product can be shipped without confirmation of receipt of payment.

· All the prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and do not include shipping costs.

· Free shipping on domestic (Metropolitan France and Monaco) and EU orders over €150.

· All payments made must be paid online in Euro.

· Online payment is accepted by PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING

· All products are 100 % handcrafted by a single person. Please allow up to 1 week for production unless the item is marked as ”Ready to ship”.

· The products are shipped via LA POSTE Colissimo or LA POSTE Lettre Suivie (depending on the package size).

· Nemo Leather Goods takes no responsibility for any delay, loss or damage to a shipment, but will gladly try to help you to track your item down or to solve any other problem related to your order.

· Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

· Nemo Leather Goods does not hold any responsibility for custom charges, import duty, and taxes that might apply.

THE LEATHER

 Nemo leather goods are made from premium quality vegetable-tanned leather. Each product will start to develop a patina - a soft sheen that develops through natural wear, contact with natural skin oils, exposure to sunlight, scratches, etc. A naturally developed patina is a beautiful process of leather aging that offers us a unique life story of leather products.
